Job Description

  • Managing director assistant.
  • Welcome and direct clients.
  • Responsible for all calls, emails and meetings .
  • Customer Service (Clients Calls)
  • Arranging all documents. - logistics department.
  • Arranging travel documents (visa, accommodation)
  • Responsible about courier things.
  • Follow up with all branches about updates
  • Get Quotations for shipping and printing
  • Follow up with clients about updating product prices
  • Make market research report Every 2 weeks
  • Follow up with service providers ( invoices, new offers, getting new lines)
  • Make cash follow for internet invoices every month
  • Make price quotations and typing contracts.
  • Any required office work.

Job Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good English
  • Gender: Female.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: 0-1 year
  • Good at Computer applications skills
