Job Description
Professional Services
- Support Technical Sales in developing HLD and SOW in light of vendor’s standards.
- Generate LLD document as per the supplied HLD and SOW in light of vendor’s standards.
- Coordinate with technical project manager in developing project implementation schedule as per project SOW.
- Follow the project plan in deploying the installations of Large-Scale projects upon the agreed plan & Scope of work.
- Perform project(s)’ Configuration as per its LLD proficiently & according to vendor’s Standards.
- Develop & execute the project’s acceptance criteria and test plan.
- Technical Supervision and follow up on the project engineer.
- Conduct the quality assurance & testing in light of the acceptance criteria.
- Provide a full Technical documentation of the implemented projects.
- Prepare task status report as required.
Maintenance Contracts (Technical Support Responsibilities):
- Efficiently respond to the escalated problems within the time agreed on the SLA (Service level Agreement).
- Competently Troubleshoot and Solve the escalated problems (Level 1, 2& 3) within the time agreed on the SLA.
- Follow the proper Escalation Matrix if the Problem is of a higher level or still persists.
Value Added Services (Technical Consultancy Responsibilities):
- Participate in High Level Technical Value Add-On Services such as the Networking Performance tuning, Network Health Check.
- Advise on configuration optimization for maximum uptime and performance.
- Update Network documentation after any modification or change. (Configurations & Change Management).
General Tasks:
- Fulfill personal development plan.
- Participate in technical and non-technical know-how transfer with the team.
- Perform all assigned tasks from the direct manager within the scope of department.
Job Details:
- Covering EGYPT market and also the region, mostly KSA
- Work independently with project management
- May lead to re-location in KSA or other selected country
Job Requirements
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in communication engineering, computer science or a relevant discipline.
- 5 – 8 years of Collaboration experience.
- Solid Hands-on experience UC Applications and Cisco Video Conferencing solutions.
- Professional level in Customer Care Applications (cisco UCCX and/or UCCE).
- Very good Knowledge of Technical reports writing.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot complex Collaboration environments.
- CCNP Collaboration certification is a must.
- Working under pressure and performing efficiently.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Customer oriented.
- Multitasking and prioritization skills
- Fast learning curve.
