Job Description
- Provide full support to the organizational PC users.
- Resolve problems raised by users.
- Timely and accurately respond to the assigned Service Desk tickets.
- Coordinate with other IT technical support engineers to achieve user’s satisfaction.
- Administering Backup Exec Server (maintaining backup operations, roles, policies and replace backup taps as per scheduled plan).
- Maintaining & Updating Backup Exec software.
- Maintain hardware equipment on a working condition.
- Performing preventive maintenance.
- Maintaining Anti-Virus servers/clients and responsible for keeping the organization free of viruses.
- Monitor Assigned Branches Connectivity.
- Replace, renew and configure old hardware.
- Update windows and other desktop applications.
- Create users account on active directory and email as well.
- Monitor ISP violation by users.
