Job Description

  • Provide full support to the organizational PC users.
  • Resolve problems raised by users.
  • Timely and accurately respond to the assigned Service Desk tickets.
  • Coordinate with other IT technical support engineers to achieve user’s satisfaction.
  • Administering Backup Exec Server (maintaining backup operations, roles, policies and replace backup taps as per scheduled plan).
  • Maintaining & Updating Backup Exec software.
  • Maintain hardware equipment on a working condition.
  • Performing preventive maintenance.
  • Maintaining Anti-Virus servers/clients and responsible for keeping the organization free of viruses.
  • Monitor Assigned Branches Connectivity.
  • Replace, renew and configure old hardware.
  • Update windows and other desktop applications.
  • Create users account on active directory and email as well.
  • Monitor ISP violation by users.
