Job Description
- Turning the objectives of the management into action plan with clear KPIs to measure performance and achievement.
- Distributing the tasks among the team members and lead them.
- Follow up on the implementation of the plan with the team members.
- Prepares reports on operations and activities, recommending improvements and modifications.
- Create auditing process to measure and validate quality of results.
- Motivate the team members to achieve the goals set.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with post graduate degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in NGO, preferably in the same role.
- Experience in management, Planning, and leadership.
- Capable of managing multiple, high-priority assignments.
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop good working relationships at various levels and to resolve complaints.
- Ability to provide effective supervision and staff management.
- Ability to manage projects effectively and meet firm deadlines.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel).
- Important: Willing to travel to Upper Egypt frequently.
