Job Description
Grant Management
- Managing Relationships (Keeping Donors informed and Engaged)
- Quarterly Reporting
- Updating budget and log frames annually
Professional Development and Consultancy Product Sales
- Cross and up selling to current donors
- Searching for new donors/clients
- Expanding Clients based sales vs. Donor based
- Approaching clients, Making sales meetings and pitches
- Writing Proposals.
- Writing Contracts.
- Preparing and revising reports with P.D.
- Keeping updated pipeline and projection sheets.
- Following up on payment installments.
Client Relationship Management
- Ensuring client/donor branding benefits are received.
- Ensure partners is engaged in project through visits, activities and pictures.
Sales Materials
- Preparing Needed sales materials including Brochures, Proposals, track record documents
- Design donor satisfaction survey.
Annual Conference
- Preparing sponsorship packages.
- Securing sponsors for the conference
Job Requirements
- Education: University Bachelor’s degree, Business degree is preferred.
- Specialized knowledge:
- Experience in the field of business development.
- Proposal Writing experience is a must.
- Marketing experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in NGOs is a Must
- Corporate experience is a plus.
- Previous management experience is a plus
