Job Description

  • Provide marketing generated leads, sales opportunities and business development; cost of campaigns, number of deals sourced by marketing as a % of total pipeline and total revenue.
  • Help in running a smooth operating rhythm of measurable campaigns that drive revenue through sales teams.
  • Execute integrated marketing programs (incl. events / exhibitions, branding / activation, tie-ups / cross promotions) mapped to the buyer journey.
  • Implement pipeline acceleration programs jointly with sales.
  • Identify opportunities and innovate to improve customer marketing and cross/up sell campaigns.
  • Partner with marketing support teams to leverage their expertise and get them to engage in working for your cause (e.g. provide constant feedback to the online marketing team on leads to improve inbound initiatives / Work with Content to localize content for our markets).
  • Work to localize global content and find opportunities to create impactful local content.
  • Support with development and execution of social media campaigns through paid and organic channels, working closely with the digital marketing and social media specialists. 
  • Help in selecting and managing events (sponsored and hosted) to be included as tactics in the overall marketing mix, and ensure there is a cohesive pre-event, at-event and post-event strategy to increase engagement and response rates.
  • Proactively engage with our sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities (aligning marketing with their business priorities)
  • Communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities, through internal marketing newsletter and other channels such as corporate communication activities.
  • Manage vendors that contribute to local demand creation programs (incl. events services, direct mail providers, content syndication providers, telemarketing agencies, and list brokers).
  • Measure, analyze and report on impact of activities (on operational, campaign and tactical level).
  • Monitoring offline competition and prepare / present regular competition watch reports.
  • Prepare and conduct all marketing administrative tasks and documentation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Commerce / Business Administration or any relevant specialization
  • A marketing generalist with relevant experience from a B2B marketing environment.
  • Proven experience working with sales teams and supporting programs to drive awareness and sales.
  • Experience in executing marketing tactics.
  • Experience in driving partner marketing.
  • Planning/project management can execute on a number of tasks simultaneously & to a tight deadline.
  • Knowledge of marketing and communication principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Familiar with B2B sales cycle and how to identify opportunities to maximize demand creation, pipeline, contribution and sales opportunity acceleration.
