Job Description
- Follow-up and update the current state of the business in terms of SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats).
- Monitor the current state of the overall industry and growth projections.
- Develop a long-term business development plan, especially with regards to the initiatives being proposed.
- Work across the company's departments to ensure that they are all aligned with business development goals.
- Improve the overall business prospects in AME, which drives the functioning of the different business units encompassing the entire business and its various divisions.
- Provide ongoing feedback to various internal departments for continuous process optimization.
- Being a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remaining up-to-date on industry news.
- Seek ways of improving the way the business operates.
- Drive efforts with product and business development to define an overall product and technology portfolio strategy that will drive the long-term growth of the organization.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meeting all client needs appropriate to their business.
- Get acquainted to present company profile and company presentations to clients (coordinated with the marketing department).
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate.
- Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
- Work with sales and marketing teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration.
- 1- 3 years of proven experience in the field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
