Job Description

He / She will work on daily basis on executing digital and social media tactics and will directly contribute to the CRM s strategy

Digital Management 

  • Responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring company's Social Media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales.
  • Develop, implement and manage the company social media strategy
  • Handle all company social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube).
  • Execute Ads and measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Post updates to all social media platforms.
  • Maintain a monthly social media calendar
  • Summarize insights and conversations.
  • Monitor online competitor presence.
  • Develop further content for the website.

CRM Management 

  • You will be the voice of the company when speaking to our existing and new customers
  • Communicate with customers and establish a strong relationship of trust by professionally answering customer inquiries and settling disputes through various channels
  • Responsible for keeping client’s data records.

Job Requirements

  • 2-4 years’ experience.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent.
  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Executive
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects effectively—excellent planning, project management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, i.e. written and verbal, to develop a wide range of materials;
  • Ability to interact effectively with different target demographics
  • Knowledge and proficiency of social media/networking platforms and monitoring tools.
  • Digitally savvy and interested in the digital marketing industry and technologies.
  • Highly organized.
  • Good writing/editing skills and the ability to adapt the style, tone, and voice of multiple brands in Arabic and English.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the brand's business goals and marketing objectives, translating them into digital objectives/strategies.
