Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer operating systems, software, systems, networks, CCTV, and DVR's.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults and replace parts as required
- Provides support for WAN and LAN network connectivity or related network issues for the user community
- Troubleshoot the network services (printing, email service and Internet access, file sharing).
- Maintain technical documentation and service catalog on installation of software, configuration of hardware and problem troubleshooting
Job Requirements
- University degree ( Computer engineering, Computer Science, ).
- +1 Years’ experience
- Strong knowledge with experience in network operating systems (MCSA,CCNA or equivalent knowledge is must )
- Strong knowledge with experience in hardware (servers ,workstations, desktop and laptop)
- Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel…)
- Mahalla Kubra resident preferred
