Job Description
- Database developer, with experience and fluency in using tools and systems in MS SQL, as well as the use of report visualization tools.
- Able to quickly convert data from data warehouses into reporting and analytics solutions.
- Ability to propose analysis, assertive visualizations, for decision making.
- Deep understanding of database fundamentals, including relational database design.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Teamwork with the Reporting Manager and Report Analysts to develop the needs of data structures and programming of reports and solutions
- Responsible for the automation of data transformation processes, as well as the visualization of reports for operations and for clients, on different web, mobile, automatic alerts platforms, etc.
- Responsible for the implementation of standard reporting tools, as well as ad-hoc visualizations that give added value to operations and / or business.
- Responsible for taking reporting requirements (KPIs and their dimensions) as well as data collection from all sources and their transformation (ETL).
- Review tool progress and follow up on new needs with Operational Leadership, QA, WFM Directors and client staff.
- Responsible for the integrity of the data collected from various sources of the company to guarantee its accuracy and veracity.
Job Requirements
Education and Specific Training
- Engineering, programming, statistics or related graduate.
- Diploma or courses in data analysis or programming in databases or reporting.
Work Experience
- 3-4 years of experience in database programming (ETLs, stored procedures) in MS Sql Server 2016 or higher, oriented to data analysis for decision making.
- Proven experience in developing reports with standard tools (Reporting Services, QlickView, PowerBI or similar).
- Ability to work competently and independently within a variety of platforms, industry types, contact types, to merge, manage, and maintain multiple data sets.
- Preferred experience in the call center environment, experience in analyzing information, developing trend analysis and comparison reports.
- Experience in statistical analysis and use of large volumes of data.
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
Technical Skills
- Database developer expert (MS Sql Server 2016 or higher, SSIS) oriented to information analysis.
- Information visualization tools (MSRS-Reporting Services, Power BI, Tableau, Qlickview, Microstrategy, Cognos or similar).
- Advanced Excel in information analysis and visual basic for applications.
- Programming languages for automation scripts (VBScript, JScript, etc.)
- Knowledge of telephony systems (Avaya, Genesys, etc.) as well as ticketing CRMs (zendesk, bliss, etc.)
- Solution-oriented and analytical approach
- Knowledge of Visual Studio and HTML programming desirable but not exclusive.
- Basic technical knowledge about internet connectivity issues and modem configuration and VPN / Proxy settings
- English: Only in bilingual campaigns: EPL: 3, TOEFL: 550, TOEIC: 900.
