Job Description
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing etc.
- Preparing correspondence.
- Preparing documents.
- Receiving and distribution of mail, coordinating with other companies.
- Maintain handling inquiries.
- Following task given by the manager to meet deadlines.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Work on computer as uploading and download data.
- Keep track of requests.
- Coordinate daily activities and operations
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Date entry and data follow up
- Prepare regulatory documentation required
- Maintain regulatory files in a format consistent with requirements.
- Document, track and store regulatory documents properly.
- Create regulatory Standard Operating Procedures, as necessary.
- Manages internal calls, correspondence and external calls if needed.
- Manages documents flow in and out of the office.
- Keeps regular filing system.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft office (word, excel, and power point).
- Proficient in English.
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience highly desired.
