Job Description

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing etc.
  • Preparing correspondence.
  • Preparing documents.
  • Receiving and distribution of mail, coordinating with other companies.
  • Maintain handling inquiries.
  • Following task given by the manager to meet deadlines.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
  • Work on computer as uploading and download data.
  • Keep track of requests.
  • Coordinate daily activities and operations
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Date entry and data follow up
  • Prepare regulatory documentation required
  • Maintain regulatory files in a format consistent with requirements.
  • Document, track and store regulatory documents properly.
  • Create regulatory Standard Operating Procedures, as necessary.
  • Manages internal calls, correspondence and external calls if needed.
  • Manages documents flow in and out of the office.
  • Keeps regular filing system.

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft office (word, excel, and power point).
  • Proficient in English.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience highly desired.
