Job Description
- Administer the purchasing of indirect materials by coordinating with the requester and suppliers to ensure the purchasing of the right quaintly with the right quality at the right time with the right price.
- Conduct the purchasing process and procedure by sourcing the potential suppliers, evaluation their quality, negotiating their terms to effectively manage the tender.
- Maintain the payments for suppliers by coordinating with finance department in assuring that invoices are booked, and payments are made in time to secure martial delivered as per request.
- Organize with the warehouse by receiving the goods receipt note to ensure that the procured items are in conformance with the purchase order.
- Perform efficient documentation, by coordinating with finance on invoices, shipping documents with clearance agents, contract agreement with legal entity, receipt note with the warehouse etc., to close all purchase orders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- 4 - 6 Years of relevant work experience
- Fluent English & Arabic Speaker is a must
- Candidate will work 1 day per week from Ismailia
