Job Description
- Administer the daily production process by allocating the available team and resources efficiently, following up on standard operating procedures, giving clear instructions and coordinating with the stakeholders in order to meet the shift production target and achieve the production KPIs.
- Maintain the HSE standards and governmental regulations by ensuring commitment of all people inside the production hall (operators, visitors, etc.) to provide healthy and safe working environment.
- Adhere to the production promises by coordinating with the planning department to deliver the finished goods on time and meet the customers’ expectations.
- Sustain the machines’ availability by coordinating and communicating with the maintenance team to execute the planned preventive maintenance and ensure that the machines are in optimum conditions.
- Deliver high quality finished good by coordinating with the Quality Control team to conduct the monthly hygiene test in order to meet Jotun quality standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree - Production/ Mechanical Engineer
- 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Arabic & English Speaker
