Job Description:
- Generating sales volumes and achieve sales targets.
- Maintaining assigned account bases while developing new accounts.
- Locate and contact potential clients to offer them our products.
- Provide clients with estimates of the cost of unit’s services.
- Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase and lease agreements if needed.
- Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals.
- meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in direct sales preferably real estate.
- Must have been working in luxurious backgrounds to claim VIP clients database such: as Life Insurance, Real Estate. , Financial services, and FMCG sectors.
- Excellent written and spoken English language.
- Fluency of any of these languages as second language French, Spanish, Russian, German, and Italian is an asset.
- Proficiency in using of Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Organized, with great attention to details
- Must be Committed, Positive, and Hardworking.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Punctual and responsible.
- Egyptian Nationality only.
