Key Account Sales Supervisor

Job Description:

• Ensure 100% coverage of assigned journey plan.
• Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues the Sales manager.
• Ensure 100% daily sales are cash collected plus insuring credit limits are not exceeded to achieve the overall corporate Sales objectives.
• To assist the Sales manager in providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers.
• Assist with Sales reps. Question and product questions.
• Deliver positive feedback, employee rewards and customer recognition to employee.
• Communicate all sales reps. Issues concerns, and incidents to sales manager.
• Carry out required reps. Issues concerns, and incidents to sales manager.
• Insure the application of procedure daily / weekly / monthly.
• Prepare and conduct daily team meeting, conduct mid-month review meeting.
