Job Description
- Conduct daily meetings with their manager
- Organize their manager's diary and personal timetable
- Arrange appointments for their manager
- Manage their manager's workload and deadlines
- Deal with correspondence
- Prepare presentations and written reports
- Prepare meetings agendas and distribute them reasonably before the meeting date
- Organize and attending meetings
- Take minutes at meetings
- Screen phone calls
- Arrange travel plans
- Provide administrative support
- Organize conferences and meetings
- Perform confidential work for their managers
- Submit expense claims on their manager's behalf
- Book hotel rooms, restaurants, theatre tickets, etc, for corporate entertaining
- Use their foreign language skills
- Assign duties on behalf of the manager in their absence
Job Requirements
- Permanent residence at north coast Amwaj (vacation one week per month)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill
- Excellent command of the English language and grammar
- Outstanding organization skill
- Friendly and confident
- Good information and communication technology skills
- Able to work to tight deadlines and manage several projects at any one time
