- Manage employee files to make sure all hiring documents are complete & in compliance with labor law.
- Maintains employees personal files as per the Egyptian law
- Prepare social insurance forms and deal with social insurance office
- Handle all the governmental relations with labor offices to ensure compliance with the labor law
- Manage all company cars registration and renewal.
- Follows up the procurement and consumption of office premises requirements
- Manage all services providers agreements such as (Water, Electricity, maintenance, security and cleaning company) .
- Design all types of reports requested by the direct manager.
Job Requirements
- BA Holder.
- Very good English .
- Excellent computer skills.
- Have in-depth knowledge social insurance, labor law, and all governmental regulations.
- Strong leadership skills, including effective time management, prioritizing and delegation.
