Job Description
- Coordinate between the supplier and forwarding companies to ensures on-time pickup of all shipments.
- Handling all necessary shipping documents as per local or origin country rules and regulations.
- Monitor the shipping and tracking updates for incoming shipments and fill the standard tracking sheets and reports to the supply chain manager.
- Aware and has a good relation with shipping lines and have the ability to choose the principle ones
- Following the customs release process and transportation from the port to the warehouse & files all related documents.
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
- Assist the financial department to get the priority shipments docs.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with both employees at all levels and vendors.
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in business administration, logistics / supply chain or relevant field
- 3- 5 years relative experience in foreign purchasing and logistics cycle
- Dynamic and self-motivated person,
- Good command in English is a must
- Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements
- Good Computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
