Job Description
- Handle our clients from the first step ( calls ) to the last step (contract)
- Consult clients on market conditions and explain our Competitive advantage.
- Prepare excel sheets about the Incoming calls and potential visits
- Follow up with our customers
- Introduce our offers and Negotiate with customers
- Monitor the property market
- Direct sales
Job Requirements
- Recommended who has experience in new cairo
- Should have a good communication skills to deal with clients
- Can do more than 1 task in short time
- Should have a car
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience from 1+ in real estate sale
- Experience in Real estate Field is a must
- Well known with new cairo market to clarify our advantages
- Very good in telesales and can attract the client to take the next step
- Know how to close the deal and all negotiation about market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
