Job Description

This is a new and exciting opportunity for ambitious young men and women, a new tech startup in Kuwait is hiring for its call center in Cairo that will cover the Kuwait Market and in the future other GCC countries

Interviews in 1st week of August 2017

The Kuwait tech startup is currently operating the most successful Mobile App Delivery Service in Kuwait and is facing a challenging massive and rapid growth. Looking for only young, bright, energetic calibers who want to step out of their comfort zone and assist the company to achieve great success

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English language to meet the required bench mark
  • Proficiency in other languages as required meeting the required accredited bench marks.
  • Requires a minimum of 2 years experience most of which in Customer Service/ Call Center
  • Being familiar with call center technologies is preferred

  • Kuwait or GCC Accent is a major plus but not mandatory, since we are serving Kuwait Market, we are looking for agents who have experience in Kuwait or GCC countries (anyone who lived for sometime in Kuwait)
