This is a new and exciting opportunity for ambitious young men and women, a new tech startup in Kuwait is hiring for its call center in Cairo that will cover the Kuwait Market and in the future other GCC countries
Hiring will start in August, new hired batches will roll in August and September 2017, Agent salary 3.5 K Net + Medical Insurance. Stable Job, great team, Interviews for 1st batch in first week of August
The Kuwait tech startup is currently operating the most successful Mobile App Delivery Service in Kuwait and is facing a challenging massive and rapid growth. Looking for only young, bright, energetic calibers who want to step out of their comfort zone and assist the company to achieve great success
The Job of the offshore contact center agent would be:
- Respond to customer inquiries over the phone, email & chat
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Support retail partners with issues in the logistics and supply chain
- Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on deliveries
Job Requirements
- Organized, Time Management, Communication Skills, Attention to Detail, Hard Working, Committed
- Kuwait or GCC Accent is a major plus but not mandatory, since we are serving Kuwait Market, we are looking for agents who have experience in Kuwait or GCC countries (anyone who lived for sometime in Kuwait)
