Job Description
Job Purpose:
To contribute to the achievement of LOB objectives by guiding team and developing relevant sources for meeting recruitment needs with maintaining COPC standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring recruitment needs and targets are being met
- Ensuring all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and initiatively recommends improvements
- Managing the selection and assessment process to ensure the quality of employees is sufficient and effective for the growth of the organization
- Handling activities related to dealing with outside suppliers, Recruitment Agencies and employment fairs
- Sourcing and identifying candidates to meet active requirements
- Responsible for maintaining an active and organized pipeline of applications for various positions
- Reporting recruitment performance ( on time and quality of hiring) metrics on Table-F
- Monitoring team performance in comparison to the benchmarks and conducts problem solving when and if required
- Auditing when and if required on recruitment team for ensuring compliance with COPC Standards
- Provides coaching and development to recruiter/recruiter to enhance their skills in providing excellent internal customer service
- Settles team objectives on quarterly basis and conducts annual performance appraisal for team
- Performs other recruitment related activities

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7 Years of work Experience in Human Resources field
- Experience in Contact Center Industry is an added plus
Educational Background:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
- HR related post graduate studies
