Job Description
- Supervise and organize the Reception resources (Service Advisor, Cashier, office supplies, computer system, etc.) to ensure response for customer requirements.
- Supervise and assist S.As in preparing and giving quotations to the customers, either verbally or in writing.
- Receiving customers, in person or by the telephone, when required.
- Ensure that all Job orders, invoices, other supporting documents, and records are filed in the designated manner after invoicing.
- Ensuring that S.A takes proper care of a customer who has returned work or who has a complaint about the service rendered.
- Hold weekly meetings to discuss tasks delegation and review issues.
- Reporting on various matters, as required, to the Service Manager
Job Requirements
- Education: B sc. Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: 8 to 10 years in service operation in a reputable dealership of which 2 years should be in a Managerial capacity ( Peugeot Brand )
- Language Skills: Good written and spoken English.
- Computer Skills: Ability to use Microsoft Office to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email.
