Job Description

Job Description:

  • Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of Engineered Products .
  • Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs.
  • Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location.
  • Provide on-site training to the customers
  • Develop service technical documentation
  • Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database.
  • Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits.
  • Timely complete and submit all required paperwork.
  • Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions.
  • Following up customers at guarantee period.
  • Conducting a service visits to customer sites for Periodic maintenance
  • Confidentiality for all information, document, price, ……..)
  • Managing company assets effectively including parts inventory, and test equipment
  • Carrying out all duties requested by EP Service Operation manager.
  • Following Company QMS requirement.

Job Requirements

Owning a Car is a must

Education and Certificates

  • Sc. Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or other B.Sc., significant knowledge of business field is essential.
  • 1-3 Years experience at related field.
  • Excellent Technical skills (Engineered Products knowledge).
  • Knowledge of MS office, Excel.
  • Working knowledge and ability to test and troubleshoot Electrical analog and digital circuits.
  • Ability to train users of the EP Engineering Equipment on basic functionality of the system
  • Ability to provide support on Customer Site or from a remote location
  • Ability to work alone or with a team.
  • Ability to travel frequently.
  • Personal Time Management skills.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Organized and proactive.
  • Having high attention to details.
  • Ability to understand client´s needs.
  • Highly motivated to deliver the best possible service to customers
  • Strong verbal and written communicator to report into management level
  • Able to manage several tasks simultaneously, works well under pressure and handles stress appropriately
