Job Description:

Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of Engineered Products .
Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs.
Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location.
Provide on-site training to the customers
Develop service technical documentation
Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database.
Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits.
Timely complete and submit all required paperwork.
Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions.
Following up customers at guarantee period.
Conducting a service visits to customer sites for Periodic maintenance
Confidentiality for all information, document, price, ……..)
Managing company assets effectively including parts inventory, and test equipment
Carrying out all duties requested by EP Service Operation manager.
Following Company QMS requirement.

Owning a Car is a must

Education and Certificates

Sc. Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or other B.Sc., significant knowledge of business field is essential.
1-3 Years experience at related field.
Excellent Technical skills (Engineered Products knowledge).
Knowledge of MS office, Excel.
Working knowledge and ability to test and troubleshoot Electrical analog and digital circuits.
Ability to train users of the EP Engineering Equipment on basic functionality of the system
Ability to provide support on Customer Site or from a remote location
Ability to work alone or with a team.
Ability to travel frequently.
Personal Time Management skills.
Interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Organized and proactive.
Having high attention to details.
Ability to understand client´s needs.
Highly motivated to deliver the best possible service to customers
Strong verbal and written communicator to report into management level
