- Reporting to the ERP Support Sr. Specialist, the jobholder’s primary responsibility is to plan and ensure the effective ERP services to the company to achieve high quality standards, technical excellence, user satisfaction and cost-effectiveness.
- The post holder is required to liaise with other IT Specialists to ensure that the standards applied in the company are consistent with the capabilities and requirements of systems. It is important for the jobholder to have customer service spirit and orientation.
