Job Description
- Support department function using resource expertise.
- Build Business Intelligence Solution for ERP System through SAP BO Suite / Power BI.
- Use data modeling practices to analyze business findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes.
- Ensure numeracy, good analysis and report on key data for the business ensuring accuracy, deadlines and processes are complied with.
- Contribute towards the development of the company’s specific plans and processes, and ensure they are aligned with other departments.
- Monitor and analyze department costs for new and ongoing projects according to established corporate procedures and requirements.
- Where necessary, deliver core administrative services and following standard processes.
- Collate data for the preparation of accurate and timely reporting, in order to provide management with the required information to enable them to make informed decisions.
- Track and analyze new regulations to identify opportunities in order to minimize company risks, improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the department, and ensure services are aligned with business objectives.
- Work with external stakeholders to understand and investigate their feedback into the service/function/product provided.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Implementation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting and support of SAP Business Objects Suite.
- Active and energetic, able to travel to complete assigned tasks.
- Strong understanding of local laws and an overview of international compliance practices.
- Communication skills and high collaboration with other departments, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to multi-task, handle pressure, and work in a dynamic environment.
- Having experience in the Real Estate field
