Job Description
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Review of General Ledger/ bookkeeping
- Reporting to senior managers regarding the company’s finances.
- Processing year end accounts.
- Preparing annual financial statements.
- Prepares journal entries, cash, and inter-fund transfers.
- Responsible for performing all accounting functions within the Finance Department.
- Follows department policies and procedures.
- Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential
Job Requirements
- Faculty of Commerce - English Department Graduate
- Excellent command of English language (Spoken & written)
- Excellent communication Skills
- Self-motivation
- Ability to work in team
- MS Word, Excel, Outlook
