Job Description
- Oversea, administer and ensure the reception area is maintained in a professional manner.
- Ensure that clients/ guests are being received and guided professionally.
- Maintain inventory for office supplies/ stationery (letter head, envelops, etc...) and pantry supplies and ensure the stock is maintained according.
- Receiving and distribution of mail, coordinating with courier companies
