About the Job
  • Oversea, administer and ensure the reception area is maintained in a professional manner.
  • Ensure that clients/ guests are being received and guided professionally.
  • Maintain inventory for office supplies/ stationery (letter head, envelops, etc...) and pantry supplies and ensure the stock is maintained according.
  • Receiving and distribution of mail, coordinating with courier companies
Job Requirements
  • Microsoft skills
  • Females Only
  • Very Good In English
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Good representative
  • Preferably, Do not wear hijab (veil)
  • Nationality must be Egyptian
