Job Description
- The Human Resources Generalist coordinates implementation of HR services, policies, and programs; reports to the Head of HR, and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues.
The Human Resources Generalist will be handling the below areas:
- Compensation and benefits administration;
- Polices’ development and documentation;
- Employee orientation, development, and training;
- Employee relations, services and counseling.
Job Requirements
Education / Certification:
- Any bachelor degree from a reputable university, in addition to very good knowledge of the principles.
Related Fields Work Experience / Years:
- 3-4 years with solid experience in compensation and benefits.
- Solid knowledge of Social Insurance, income tax and employment labor laws.
