Job Description
- Will Manage 5 branches.
- Follow up on opening and closing dates of the restaurants.
- Visit restaurants according to the visit schedule ensure that all policies and procedures are met and take the necessary actions if needed.
- Coordinate between restaurants managers and all concerned internal departments to take the needed actions and follow up the implementation of these actions.
- Develop the skills of the staff inside the restaurant to ensure the efficiency in performing the tasks inside the stores.
- Follow up on any problem related to the clients and take any necessary actions to solve the problem.
- Assist the new restaurant establishing project.
- Inform the restaurant with inspection dates to ensure the readiness to inspection.
Job Requirements
- 1+ Year of experience as an Area Manager
- Big restaurant management experience
- Leadership and organizational Skills
