Job Description
- Coordinate the registrations of the Training Calendar
- Send Training requests and confirmation emails
- Respond to employees request and inquiries regarding trainings
- Contact suppliers for Technical and non-technical Trainings offers
- Keep track of and update trainings records
- Collect training evaluations and update the evaluation records
- Update suppliers list
- Keep track of training requests and action items
- Collect TNA from OD and send it to Training Supervisor for validation with Management
Job Requirements
- Fresh Grad or 1 years Experience
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excel Office
- Experience in preparing reports and analysis
