Job Description
- Negotiating vendors/suppliers for best business conditions (lowest prices, best payment terms and delivery conditions.)
- Monitor Inbound Logistics and clearance to assure shipments will arrive on time & report negative deviations on daily bases.
- Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Handling and monitoring of claims to suppliers for defectives, shortage, missing parts.
- Coordinate with user departments and suppliers to ensure on time delivery.
- Preparing monthly Reports.
- Responsible for sourcing and developments for materials based on user departments requirements.
