As an IT Support
You’ll work as a technical support job or as a helpdesk operator, monitoring and maintaining the computer systems as well as the networks within the organization.
This is a front-line job, Tasks may include:-
- Dealing directly with employees who have technical issues such as forgotten passwords, viruses or email issues.
- Installing and configuring computer systems
- Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
- Assist with the installation of new hardware and software and help train employees on its use
- Respond to employee queries.
- Investigating and diagnosing network problems, making recommendations for improving the company's IT systems and carrying out routine configuration and installation of IT solutions.
- Helping employees with some of their more basic computer needs, like setting up new users and managing back-up, security and passwords.
- Monitoring internet and email use to make sure everyone is behaving.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field is required.
- Very good in English is a must
- Strong communication skills including face-to-face interaction
- Excellent time management and organization skills
Preferably residents of New Cairo and Nasr City.
