Job Description
- Follow up the update for human resources plan .
- Supervises the planning and organization of work and activities related to the Personnel Affairs Department.
- Follow the movement of attendance and daily departures and supervises the daily movement.
- Follow all procedures related to personnel affairs in terms of controlling the movement of procedures and benefits related to the transfer / loan / assignment / annual increases / bonuses / annual reports / promotion / vacations of all kinds and oversees the documentation in the records and forms scheduled.
- Follow up requests for employment and the procedure with all the competent bodies inside and outside the company.
- Keeps transactions in regular and confidential files for all employees.
- Follow the annual reports and take the necessary action.
- Organizes labor contracts.
- Perform any other work assigned to him within the limits of his duties and responsibilities.
Job Requirements
- Skill in planning, coordination, organization and the art of dealing with others.
- Knowledge in the use of computer and English language regulations and laws in force in the company.
- Ability to organize, coordinate, follow up and prepare reports.
- Work under pressure.
- Communication skills & problem solving.
