Job Description
- Handle reservations (Sending, Following up, confirming …etc.)
- Print daily rooming lists of the next day’s arrival
- Send daily rooming lists of the next day’s arrival
- Check the arrival of the next day with hotels by phone
- Issue stop sales after getting approval from HOD.
- Deliver all notes about arrivals such as Complimentary, Discount, no show, cancellation and any other changes to Reservation Agent.
- Do all kinds of changes in ERP (movements, Turn Away, and any other Changes).
- Print vouchers which is requested from Hotels directly or through TEZ Tour Guides.
- Do the translation of any correspondences received in Russian Language.
- Checking the availability of hotels.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- Experience in Reservation or Accounting.
