Job Description
- Preparing sub-plans and executive programs for planning and production to achieve the main objectives of the company.
- Participation in top management meetings and expressing opinions on the results and decisions.
- Implementation of approved quality plans for planning and production.
- Preparing the necessary corrective and preventive measures to manage the planning and production in order to achieve the main objectives of the company.
- Training the personnel working in the planning and production department on their work and transferring their experience to them so that they are qualified to replace it in the absence.
- Approval of all requests for warehouse needs after signing and reviewing.
- Prepare monthly and weekly loading plans for products and follow up their implementation with sales and warehouses.
- To submit the weekly, bi-monthly, monthly, semi-annual and annual reports of the General Manager and to discuss these reports at regular top management meetings.
- Responsible for the production performance of the company in solidarity with the quality officials, as well as responsible for all decisions signed by and responsible for the safety of any document is approved or reviewed, and must issue orders and follow up the implementation accurately.
- Follow up the different production departments and find quick solutions to production problems and work on directing workers to avoid mistakes again.
- Participation of the inspection committee responsible for approving purchases of production supplies.
- Full supervision of the production departments and follow up the implementation of the production plan carefully and replaced if required.
