About the Job
  • Assists the sales team by answering phones, order entry, quoting, activity tracking and reporting and other general office duties
  • The primary function get is to get Client /Customers Quotation Requests then proceed with getting Price offers from vendor ( Certified or online ) then use company system to create offers , Invoices & Purchase Orders .
  • Also Work in Bidding / venue
Job Requirements
  • Good Command in English is a must
  • High organizational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
  • V.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office & Internet
  • An administrative or sales background
  • Must be detail oriented.
