Job Description
- Assists the sales team by answering phones, order entry, quoting, activity tracking and reporting and other general office duties
- The primary function get is to get Client /Customers Quotation Requests then proceed with getting Price offers from vendor ( Certified or online ) then use company system to create offers , Invoices & Purchase Orders .
- Also Work in Bidding / venue
Job Requirements
- Good Command in English is a must
- High organizational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
- V.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office & Internet
- An administrative or sales background
- Must be detail oriented.
