Job Description
- Meeting the target.
- Handling existing client’s inquiries, requests and complaints.
- Increase company’s revenues by opening new markets and generating new clients.
- Maintaining customer’s loyalty and satisfaction.
- Keeps the Sales Supervisor informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports and weekly work plans..etc
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and prospective customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
- Responding to incoming emails and phone inquiries
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Gathering market and customer information
- Representing the company in exhibitions, events and demonstrations
- Advising on forthcoming services developments and discussing special promotions
- Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales supervisor
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
- Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups
Job Requirements
- From 4-6 years of sales experience preferable in real estate, insurance field.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
