Job Description
- Runs and organizes the day-to-day work routine of the office.
- Coordinates and controls all administrative actions taking place from/through the relevant Directors of Sales & Marketing
- Ensures the smooth operation of the Sales Office within the standards and guidelines of Policies & procedures.
- Oversees the maintenance of the Sales Office’s office equipment.
- Assures reaching the highest possible standards of quality and integrity of all administrative stuff bearing the DOS&M signature.
- Guarantees confidentiality of all information available in the Sales Office to both persons outside the company’s operations as well as non-classified employees with the Hotels’ unless otherwise instructed by the DOS&M.
- Monitors, adjusts, and updates the filing system concerning size and activity.
- Monitors, adjusts, and updates the shared Database
- Ensures that all incoming and outgoing correspondence are attended to and replied in due time.
- Setting up priorities and keeping up to deadlines in executing tasks requested to perform with an accurate and efficient working style.
- Carries out special projects, other duties and assignments as maybe required.
- Update any Contact information related to the Regional Office
Job Requirements
- University Degree
- At least 1 year experience in administration work
- Excellent English is a must
- Perfect Computer skills, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Organizing & Prioritizing.
