Job Description
- Responsible for the work requests from TP communication channels and issue work orders accordingly.
- Prepares schedules for the planned and periodic maintenance.
- Responsible for the documentation of the projects' units.
- Inspects all units ready to deliver with cooperation of the facility management team.
- Responsible of unit delivery to client with the support of the Facility management team and signing the final delivery contract.
- Ensure that Facility Management services are meeting the customer requirements.
- Responsible of Maintenance requests follow up and fees collection with the Facility management team and to be delivered to Finance Department.
- Attends weekly meetings with the Facility Management Team on site and sharing updates with the Customer Care team.
- Creates and distributes daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Job Requirements
- Experience in the Facility Management of the Real estate field.
- Have a good knowledge in asset maintenance.
- Ability to handle clients' complaints.
