Job Description
Job Summary:
Manage and coordinate the entire spectrum of commercial and service delivery to the region
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organizes all the non-core hard and soft services
- Facility Management activities in terms of the contractual agreement in place between ContrackFM and the client
- Organize the human resources necessary for delivering the services in effective and efficient teams to provide the deliverables of the services as per the service level agreement
- Budget and financial planning
- Provide presentations on expansion of scope of services to the client, and or full presentations to new potential clients
- Assume local business development duties
- Liaise and cooperate with the corporate departments and the other project leaders on improvements and adjustments to procedures, processes, and techniques
- Client education – as part of specific criteria to educate existing and potential clients as to the benefits and the techniques involved in implementing full integrated facilities management
- Advise tenants as to correct application procedures and technical action required when they wish to change their space.
- Monthly reports to the client
- Manage all the hard and soft services 3rd party contractors within Service Level Agreement concluded with them
- Arrange for and have regular meetings with 3rd party service providers on performance levels
- Ensure that the best services possible are provided to clients by using appropriate performance tools
- Regular physical and comprehensive inspections
- Communicate thoroughly and at a high level with immediate superiors, the client and all other staff involved with the buildings under management
- Advise the client, the property manager, new prospective tenants or their brokers as to capacity of services in space contemplated for leasing
- Disaster Management on the site under management
- Compliance to premises use
- Provide direct on the job training to subordinates as necessary
- Assist with cross pollination between projects
- Directly provide assistance in doing presentations to new potential clients
- Company policies, codes, and practices
- Interface with corporate structures
- Computerized Maintenance Management Systems / Property Management Systems ISO 14001 and other environmental protection legislation vision, Mission, Objectives and core values
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Building Management field from a reputable accredited university.
- Master degree in Business Administration / Management would be an asset or alternatively possess administrative and managerial skills.
