Job Description

We are looking for an Art Director to join our fast-growing creative team. By having knowledge of emerging technologies, this candidate will be able to create cross-channel deliverables to clients that meet their needs. 

Job Duties:

  • Implement a combination of strategic, conceptual, and art direction skills.
  • Inspire and embrace challenges and new ways of thinking.
  • Create and manage original , persuasive, conceptually compelling work  of campaigns , content and experiences.
  • Collaborate with various teams.
  • Supervise the team and determine how best to represent a concept visually.
  • Determine which photographs, art, or other design elements to use.
  • Align with the strategist in order to produce impact based ads.
  • Make sure Art staff is fully briefed through Accounts and Creative Content teams.
  • Review, edit and approve designs, artwork and graphics developed by other staff members.
  • Ensure deadlines are met in due time, ensuring that job quality is nothing short of the best.
  • Enhances art department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
  • Develop artistic concepts with the art team.
  • Manage graphic designers, set and exhibit designers, or other design staff
  • Develop the overall look or style of a publication, an advertising campaign set
  • Creating campaign concepts, through brainstorming, research, creative methods, and design thinking process.
  • Designing graphic content: illustrations, infographics, logos, brand guidelines & posters?Decide on the best design elements, such as photographs, art, imagery, icons, typography?Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery.
  • Creating attractive presentations for campaigns through creative showcasing & mockups.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Collaborate on the development of innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer need, and the competitive landscape, and track campaign performance
  • Design business collaterals, such as presentation slides, sales kits, information and fact sheets, etc.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience .
  • - Proven long experience with graphic design and motion graphics and other kind of arts. - Proven experience of all adobe suite software’s...
  • Ability to develop creative solutions and designs under tight business schedules
  • Excellent presentation skills and cross-departmental communication
