3D Graphics Team Leader - Alexandria (Alexandria – Egypt)
Caduceus Lane is currently hiring a 3D Animation and Architecture Professional in Alexandria, Egypt. The candidate’s role and responsibilities shall add value to the creative, account management and marketing teams through structuring, planning, and developing 3D graphics and architecture. Such contributions will support different departments to maximize the management of the company’s broad range of projects in the MENA region, covering a huge variety of products and activities, comprehensive marketing and advertising campaigns, branding animations, communication media, corporate communication videos, marketing exhibitions branding, promotion booths and displays, creative concepts modeling, video editing, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing creative graphics and animation independently, based on personal judgment and creativity
• Participating in the design and production of multimedia campaigns, handling scheduling, and assisting with other responsibilities, such as production coordination, background design, and progress tracking
• Preparing production artwork files and production requirements/specifications 
• Creating 2D and 3D images depicting objects in motion or illustrating a process using computer animation or modeling programs
• Applying story development, direction, cinematography, and editing to animation to create storyboards that show the flow of the animation and map out key scenes and characters 
• Scripting, planning, and creating animated narrative sequences, under the pressure of tight deadlines, using computer software and manual drawing techniques 
• Assembling, typesetting, scanning, and producing digital camera-ready art or film negatives and printer's proofs 
• Planning, developing, and executing assigned projects in cooperation with a creative director, the marketing team, and the medical team and in accordance with a provided brief 
• Interacting with Account Managers and Art Directors to develop creative concepts and executions of assigned project(s) 
• Estimating the time required to complete the work as per the project’s time frame
• Managing projects and fulfilling tasks within a provided time frame
• Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research
• Contributing with ideas and creative media approaches to the maximize the projects’ value
• Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the project’s professional requirements
• Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to account managers and the marketing team
• Performing a variety tasks, as directed by the Art Director
