Job Description

  • Act as the focal point between the CEO and the company’s Departmental Heads.
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
  • Filter emails, highlight urgent correspondence and print attachments.
  • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager.
  • Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence.
  • Creates and maintains database and spreadsheet files.
  • Perform data entry and scan documents.

Job Conditions:

  • Working hours from 09:00 AM - 05:30 PM
  • Weekend on Friday
  • Job location Obour City / Zeitoun

Job Requirements

  • Females only
  • 2 to 5 years as Office Manager or CEO Executive Secretary
  • Flexibility with working hours and frequent relocation
  • Able to work under pressure
  • High communication skills
  • You must have a recent photo on your profile.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Must have excellent written and spoken English
  • Bachelor’s degree holder
