Job Description
- Implement the preventive actions according to plan.
- Execute the approved preventive maintenance plans to optimize equipment reliability while ensuring timely and efficient implementation of the plan.
- Maintain machines to increase its efficiency and decrease stoppage times.
- Set the shut-down plan after discussion with the maintenance manager and prepare for it.
- Participate in the execution of major shut-down activities as per the settled schedules while ensuring their timely and efficient execution.
- Apply and implement the instructions for the ISO and complete all ISO related paperwork.
- Follow-up on the regular maintenance schedule for the production machines.
- Assist in training the technicians on the operation and maintenance.
- Generate “Maintenance Weekly Report” to analyze response times, team’s productivity, spare parts consumption etc.
- Performs FAT and SAT tests for new machines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Major: Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a similar position.
