Job Description
- Oversea, administer and ensure the reception area is maintained in a professional manner .
- Act as a switchboard on behalf of the company.
- Ensure that clients/ guests are being received and guided professionally .
- Maintain inventory for office supplies/ stationers ( letter head, envelops, etc ..) and pantry supplies and ensure the stock is maintained according.
- Receiving and distribution of mail, coordinating with courier companies
Job Requirements
- 2-3 Years of experiences.
- Details oriented, well-organized, proactive and able to work independently
- Able to handle multiple tasks at the same time and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skill with high proficiency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Mature, credible and strong interpersonal skills to have contact with different levels of the company
- Excellent PC skills ( word, power point, excel and outlook)
- Team work spirit and analytical capabilities
