Job Description
- Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, and electronically
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Research questions using available information resources
- Advise user on appropriate action
- Follow standard procedures for resolving database issues
- Log all troubleshooting interactions
- Redirect problems to appropriate resource in case of not resolved
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
- Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
- Stay current with system information, changes and updates
- Perform hardware and software installations
- Document all IT changes
Job Requirements
- BC of Information Systems or Equivalent
- 2 - 4 years of experience.
- Males Only
- Good English language
- MCSE & MCITP Certified.
- Administrating FTP Servers, VoIP and PBX.
- familiar with CCTV systems.
- Excellent Communication skills is a must.
- Problem solver, creative and customer oriented.
