About the Job
Responsible for achieving the sales targets by presenting the company products and services to current and potential customers, and ensuring the highest rate of customer satisfaction.
Proactively approaches existing and potential clients, and stays up-to-date of all announced tenders & new projects related to the industry.
Prepares and delivers presentations to customers to promote the company product offerings using the relevant material developed by the marketing team.
Processes clients’ technical requirements through submitting their requests to the Sales support, then follows up to finalize the financial proposal to be submitted to the client as per required specifications.
Finalizes contractual agreements with clients, confirms the quotation with the client and hands-over to the sales support to take over.
Ensures that all requested information & documents for tenders and proposals are submitted correctly in a timely and efficient manner.
Stays abreast of the latest market trends, competition and varying customer needs in order to help the Business Unit Head in identifying the new investment and expansion opportunities.
Develops and continuously updates a comprehensive customer database, and maintains close relationships with customers to build sustainable work relationship with clients.
Prepares regular sales reports to present progress vs. plans, and share market information with own team to support decision making by superiors.
