Branch Manager Job Purpose:

Managing and overseeing branch personnel, supervising branch operations, and ensuring efficient operation on a day-to-day basis. Improving productivity and streamlining branch activities to maximize results and achieve peak performance levels.

Job responsibilities:

Directing all operational aspects including customer service, human resources, administration and sales in accordance with the clinic’s objective
Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
Drive Sales higher using all resources in the branch effectively
Briefing employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information
Planning, Coordinating & Reporting all activities done in the branch to cross market & increase revenues
Increasing brand awareness for the company within the community
Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
Submit Monthly analysis reports of the branch's Revenues, Resources utilization & Voice of the Customers to top Management.

Females Only, above 30 years old
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a Related Field or the Equivalent Work Experience.
Medical background (healthcare or cosmetics) is a plus - not a must
Leadership Skills, Strong Customer Service Skills, Written and Oral Communication Skills, Human Resource Management Skills, Outstanding Organisation Skills,
Ability to meet sales targets and production goals, Results driven and customer focused,
Attention to Detail, Basic Computer Skills, Advanced Skills with Microsoft Office
